This be my first post...
I must say that it is a pleasure to be blogging again!
The little weatherbug service tells me tomorrow will be a great day to take the mountain bike to the bmx track, predicted 52 degrees, sunny, and no wind!
I still don't have a helmet so i will ride hard, but with much mindfulness, and if i do happen to go over the bars i know how to roll - better to break a collarbone than to crack my egghead lol.
I belong to a mental health group, a wacky - let it loose group, and "visionary_shamanism" on yahoogroups.com. Due to the request of some members of my other groups, I posed the question to if I could add links to my blog it was agreed that it is best kept quiet and refer all visitors to this page that might want to talk about illicit use and ethnogens on "visionary_shamanism". You will be welcome there no problem.
If you are any of the above I encourage you to visit and sign up to this medium sized group of seers and shamans, some that choose the poision path, and others that fly without substances where the world is turned upside down and inside out, where our senses are amplified and the ordinary seems amazing. Where dream interpretation, OBE, meditation, healing, and of course use of substances can be frankly discussed.

yea isn't it groovy. actually its not so groovy right now i'm having ONE HELL of a nicotine fit but i'm not bending... and the darn handy mart is only a 5 minute walk from my apartment 30 seconds by car. So I'm just drinking coffee, venting, posting, petting the cat and can't stop my restless legs from shaking. This is no fun. :o(
